For shingle roof projects on a residential home, we offer a 50-year warranty with both Owens Corning and Certainteed brand shingles. If the shingle roof is on a commercial property, we can offer a 25-year warranty. When we install a flat roof on a commercial or residential building using Carlisle Syntec or Versico roofing supplies, we can offer a 20-year warranty.

No, it is not always necessary to replace gutters If they are in good working condition.  We can install the new roof system without causing damaging to the existing gutters allowing you to continue to use them.
